Pokemon Black & White 2 Coming Exclusively To The DS

Gotta catch 'em all! I find the Pokémon catchphrase relatively funny since there are nearly a thousand of them… so good luck doing that. And now that there is another Pokémon game to look forward to, you might as well just start crying now.

Junichi Masuda, Game Director at Game Freak, has announced Pokemon Black & White 2. As promised, he made an appearance on the Japanese TV show Pokémon Smash and delivered the goods after his vague pre-announcement last week.

Surprisingly, Pokemon Black & White 2 will be for the original DS, which is a surprising move that Nintendo probably isn't too happy about. Who doesn't want to see Charizard and Jigglypuff in full 3D? As usual, there will be two different versions, Black 2 and White 2, so be prepared to throw down your piggy bank if you want to complete the Pokédex (once more)
