Infinite Money & Ammunition:


  Begin a new game on "easy" difficulty setting. Then, click on McCoy and load 
  a new game on the "easy" difficulty setting under "OPT". You should now have 
  infinite money and ammunition and it should be harder for you to be killed and 
  easier to kill your enemies.
