Drive Tsumujikaze:

 
Select time attack mode and choose Tsumuji as your opponent. Finish in first place and his car will be selectable. This status is saved with the game.

 Drive White Vestal: 


  Complete the game with each car without using any continues.

 Drive Black Vestal: 


  Complete the game with the white Vestal.
