At the main menu, press 

 
Y, L, D-pad Left, R, D-pad Right, White   to enable cheats.  

Japanese planes:


At the main menu, press 

 
  White, Black, L, R, Right Analog-stick Up, Right Analog-stick Left  .


Upgrade planes:


At the main menu, press 

 
  L, Right Analog-stick Left, R, Right Analog-stick Right, White, Y  .


All planes and missions:


At the main menu, press 

 
Right Analog-stick Up, Right Analog-stick Down, White, Black, Right Analog-stick Left, Right Analog-stick Right.





Bonus Planes:  Beat the following missions under Ace difficulty to unlock the corresponding plane.
