Razer Turret Xbox Keyboard

The Razer Turret Xbox keyboard is here and it looks pretty cool

Nearly four months after its original announcement, the Razer Turret Xbox keyboard is finally here. The Razer Turret is the world’s first keyboard explicitly and exclusively designed for Microsoft’s flagship Xbox One console. Featuring a small form factor and enough lights to guide a 747 in to a safe landing, the Razer Turret is primed to be a useful addition to any console gamer’s arsenal.

The Razer Turret Xbox keyboard is entirely wireless and can rest comfortably in your lap. An included wireless Razer mouse with a 16,000 DPI sensor can be used on the built-in retractable mousepad or pretty much any other relatively flat surface. Both the Razer Turret and the included mouse are designed with ergonomics in mind to ensure a comfortable experience for users whether it’s on a desk or gaming from the couch. You won’t have to worry about recharging it too often with its 40-hour battery life, and Razer is confident that you’ll get quite a few hours of use out of it; the Turret has a rock-solid 2-year warranty covering all of its components.

Razer first announced the Turret in late 2018 and the company stated that it would support 14 games at launch. That list has grown a little more expansive since then. Here’s the full list of support titles on the Xbox One:

  • Bomber Crew
  • Children of Morta
  • DayZ
  • Deep Rock Galactic
  • Fortnite
  • Gears of War 5
  • Minecraft
  • Minion Masters
  • Moonlighter
  • Roblox
  • Strange Brigade
  • Vigor
  • Warface
  • Warframe
  • Wargroove
  • Warhammer: Vermintide 2
  • War Thunder
  • X-Morph: Defense

Of course, the Razer Turret Xbox keyboard works with more games than those listed above; this list merely represents the games that have special integration for Razer Chroma and Xbox Dynamic Lighting.

With the increasing number of MMORPGs and social games coming to consoles, the Razer Chroma seems like it will make for a great asset to any gamer who likes to get serious about their adventures in the digital world. You can grab one for yourself from the Razer website or the Microsoft Store for $249.99 or your regional equivalent.
