The NZXT H6 RGB+ PC case immediately grabbed my attention with its curved glass. It’s the company’s more compact dual-chamber option, but it still has the room and cooling support needed for a powerful ATX gaming PC. After building inside it, I think this is one of the company’s strongest case designs so far. It looks distinctive, feels thoughtfully engineered, and makes a clean finished system relatively easy to achieve. Here is my review.
Showcase your build
The main attraction of the H6 RGB+ is that single piece of curved tempered glass, which gives the ultimate showcase of the build inside. For those who value aesthetics just as much as performance, this PC case helps highlight components in a big way.
NZXT equips the RGB+ version with an F360 RGB reverse single-frame intake at the front-right, another at the bottom, and an F120 RGB rear exhaust fan. They connect to the included Control Hub Lite through NZXT CAM, software that has seen a big improvement in recent years.
In a premium product like this, it’s nice to see fans included. Of course, users will want to add more cooling, which the H6 RGB+ certainly has room for. There are ten 120 mm fan positions, support for a top-mounted 360 mm radiator, and 165 mm of CPU air-cooler clearance.
NZXT’s product page lists space for a graphics card up to 390 mm long when using a 30 mm front-right fan. My dual-fan RTX 3070 doesn’t come close to testing these limitations. I imagine most GPUs will fit, but it’s good to have clear measurements to plan your build and ensure compatibility.
Easy build

Building in the H6 RGB+ is refreshingly easy. The power supply, storage, controller, and most cables disappear into the second chamber. Tool-less panels provide quick access, which is useful during the build and for maintenance and cleaning later down the line.
Routing channels and built-in straps also make it much easier to produce a tidy result without spending hours wrestling with cables. It’s clear that, for buyers of this case, aesthetics are a big deal, so the added help for cable management is very welcome.

The reverse-blade fans complete the look nicely. Their illuminated faces remain visible through the glass when used as intakes, helping the factory configuration feel properly designed rather than simply pre-installed.
The cooling layout is not purely aesthetic, as it promotes solid airflow, too. All components reliably receive cool air and hot air is ventilated without issue. Performance is on par with what I’ve experienced from the company’s Flow range, which is impressive.
If I have to nitpick

NZXT has done a fantastic job with the H6 RGB+, to the point where I really have to nitpick to find criticisms. The lack of 140 mm fan mounts is probably my biggest issue and I suppose the case itself is quite wide, which has forced me to reorganize my desktop layout.

Final Verdict
At $199.99, the NZXT H6 RGB+ is a premium case with a distinctive design and a well-considered layout. It is easy to build in, supports strong cooling, and makes it simple to achieve a clean-looking system. The included fans and controller add value, while the wide footprint and lack of 140 mm fan support are minor drawbacks. Overall, it is a strong option for builders who care about both appearance and performance.
