Buy, Try, Die: April 2014 Releases

April is usually the month that everyone forgets because March has already destroyed all of our playtime for, well, April. There's not much releasing for the entire month, but at least the first week is full of excitement.

That includes MLB 14: The Show, of which Daniel will have a review later this week, and The Elder Scrolls Online, of which I have been playing since Sunday at 4am (along with everyone else who owns the Imperial Edition) and will have a review on its official release date of 4/4/14. And of course, Goat Simulator, baa-humbug! (I'll also be livestreaming The Elder Scrolls Online once I get all the technical kinks out!)

The only other major games releasing this month are Lego the Hobbit, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and perhaps Child of Light and Trials Fusion out of the series of indie games coming out in the absence of triple-A releases.

That said, this is a good month to chill and recuperate before E3 in June, though I'll be heading to Las Vegas for Namco Bandai's annual Global Gamers Day in a week and Anthony, Alex, and Gil will be manning the stations at PAX East around the same time.
