A lone wanderer drawn by a mysterious voice finds an ancient scepter. The scepter holds the power to travel across dimensions and to manipulate the surroundings. It is revealed that the voice is also bound to the scepter, but it belongs to a being trapped in a distant land. The voice offers to teach the wanderer how to tame the powers of the scepter in return for its freedom. The main character embarks on a journey to find and free the person reaching out for help. During his travels he visits different worlds, solves ancient puzzles and learns more about the mysterious voice.
