Fugitive Mode:
Kill the ten Timmy Vermicellis in Nice, then head to the armory in Miami to activate "Fugitive Mode." In this mode, pedestrians pack heat.
Infinite Mass:
Kill the ten Timmy Vermicellis in Istanbul, then head to the armory in Istanbul
to activate "Infinite Mass."
Tanner's car or motorcycle will never take damage nor slow down after smacking
into other cars.
