Stardew Valley Bream has to be one of the most common fish in all the valley, and yet they can be quite pesky to find if you don’t grab your fishing equipment and go fish at a certain time. So here at Game Revolution, we’re going to not only tell you where to find Bream locations in Stardew Valley but its value as well as who in the Valley like it, dislike it or downright loathe it.
Where to Fish for Bream in Stardew Valley
Now depending on what startup farm you have, you do have the opportunity to find Bream at your very front door during the hours of 6 PM to 2 AM. However, for those who invested in other starter farms, this may be a little tricky.
Because Bream fish are found in rivers, the other places you can find them are just outside the museum in the town center, the bridge just before you head down towards the beach and the small river just beside the mines. Remember, you’re only able to catch Bream in the river during 6 PM and 2 AM, so prepare yourself before angling as though your life depends on it. You definitely don’t want to waste your time on this when you’ve only got a limited amount of hours in a Stardew Valley day.
What is the Value of Bream in Stardew Valley?
Let’s not beat around the bush here. You’re a farmer and you’ve got some serious cash to make. That said, the value of your Bream can differ depending on the quality of the fish, as well as your fishing perks. For example, a plain Bream will be valued at 45g, whereas a gold quality Bream will be valued at 67g.
If you have the fishing perks of Fisher or Angler, these rates will increase by 25% and 50%, resulting in some serious money.
Which Character Likes Bream in Stardew Valley?
Believe it or not, there’s not a lot of people who are fond of receiving fish that you’ve just plucked from your garden’s river. That said there are some characters who don’t quite mind it either, and some who just couldn’t care less because a gift is a gift.
Everyone else outright hates Bream, so perhaps if you’re planning to woo the lovely Abigail? We suggest that giving her fish is not the right course of action.
