Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is out this week, and there’s a lot of DLC already planned for it, as part of the Season Pass and Deluxe Edition content. It’ll even come with a Remastered Edition of Assassin’s Creed III. But what about free DLC available at launch? Will there be anything base edition players can get hold of right away? Yes, there absolutely is Assassin’s Creed Odyssey free DLC. We’ll show you what it is and how to get hold of it.
How to Get Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Free DLC
The free Assassin’s Creed Odyssey DLC is available through the Ubisoft Club. If you’re on PC it’s easy, because you’ll already be signed into a Ubisoft account through their Uplay digital client. If you’re on PS4 or Xbox One, go to the main menu, open the Club page (it’s the bottom picture to the right on the main menu), then either sign in with your Ubisoft account or register for a new one.
Afterwards go to the “Club Rewards” page and you’ll see all the free DLC for use in the game, and how to unlock them. Most will just cost around 10 Ubisoft Coins, which are earned by getting achievements in Ubisoft games. Some will require specific objectives, however. We’ll detail them in the next section. Once they’re unlocked, the DLC will be immediately available in-game!
What Free DLC Is Available?
Here is a list of all the different types of free DLC available in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey at launch. Some are easier to get hold of than others.
