Trials Rising 1.02 Update

Trials Rising 1.02 Update Patch Notes

After it’s late February launch, Ubisoft is getting ready to push the Trials Rising 1.02 update to players across all of their platforms. The 1.02 patch for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC will be available later this week across all devices. The patch is not a content update but instead aims to address crashing issues and bugs throughout the game to make the overall experience better for the players. Below you will find some of the main features of the patch, as well as a list of the complete Trials Rising 1.02 update patch notes.

Trials Rising 1.02 Update

Crash and Stability

One of the main features that the patch is aiming to fix are crashing issues that players are having on all devices, but mainly the Switch. On the Switch, the patch will be addressing bugs that cause the game to freeze when loading a track, as well as freezing on a black screen, and freezing when the Donkey bike is on fire. Additionally, it is addressing issues on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 that cause the game to crash while it is booting and when reporting tracks from Track Central.

Online Multiplayer

Trials Rising 1.02 Update

There were a handful of multiplayer fixes, but one main highlight is that it is fixing an issue that is causing players to lose points when winning in public multiplayer. Additionally, Ubisoft also fixed issues that were causing the timing to not display correctly and a bug that caused players to get kicked out of multiplayer sessions after completing a track (PC).

Track Central

Most of the Track Central patch revolved around the Nintendo Switch, but there was one important all platform patch that fixed a bug with the physics event that could cause physics to not work properly (isn’t that ironic?). Additionally, some fixes exclusively for the Nintendo Switch included fixing a bug that caused controls to become unresponsive after exiting the item list and fixing a bug that could corrupt a track thumbnail after sharing the track, among other things.
