Final Fantasy 7 Remake How to Run from Battle

Final Fantasy 7 Remake Flee from Battle | How to run from fights

Some times you need to run from battle in Final Fantasy 7 Remake, but how do you flee from a fight? In the original game, all you had to do is hold two buttons. However, the transition to 3D, real-time combat means the process of fleeing from battle in Final Fantasy 7 Remake is a bit complicated.

How do you flee from battle in Final Fantasy 7 Remake?

Running from battle has been an option in practically every Final Fantasy game, and FF7 Remake is no exception. Sometimes, a fight just gets too tough, or you just don’t feel like killing another low-level enemy, and you want to flee. Fortunately, the process isn’t too hard to pull off.

The game never really gets into too much detail with how you flee from battle. If you’re a fan of the original game, you might assume that there’s a button combo or command that controls the run function during a fight. However, if you need to run from battle in Final Fantasy 7 Remake, you need to do just that.

Each fight in FF7 Remake takes place in an arena. Whether you’re battling in a corridor, a room, or outside, there’s a roughly defined area in which the enemies will attack you. If you cross the boundary to that arena, you’ll see a message pop up confirming that you’re running from battle. Eventually, the enemy will stop chasing you, and your characters will put away their weapons.

Can I run from every battle in Final Fantasy 7 Remake?
