When is the Halo 2 Master Chief Collection PC release date?
Update: A release date of May 12, 2020 has been confirmed for the PC version of Halo 2 in MCC.
The Halo 2 Master Chief Collection PC release date could be as early as April 27, 2020, when the game’s public beta flighting test is currently set to end. Unfortunately, no official release date has been given for Halo 2 on the PC version of the Master Chief Collection. Based on how quickly Halo: Combat Evolved released following its beta, however, it’s safe to say that the Halo 2 release date isn’t too far away. While it could be as soon as April 27, 2020, don’t take that release date for certain. Given the state of the world right now, we wouldn’t be surprised to see a May or even June 2020 release date.

Given that Halo: Combat Evolved surprise-launched on PC swiftly following its public beta coming to an end, we can expect the Halo 2 Master Chief Collection on PC release date to be sometime soon. As stated above, however, we cannot say for certain when its release date will be. As there was a three-month cycle for Combat Evolved, expect the Halo 2 release date to fall somewhere between April 27, 2020, and the end of June 2020. Of course, we will update this guide with the confirmed release date if it is confirmed.
Halo 2: Anniversary features remade graphics, Theater mode, keyboard and mouse support, and a whole host of PC-based features. As with previous Master Chief Collection games, too, you will be able to play the game in its original graphics. It would appear that all the Master Chief Collection games are on schedule to release by the end of 2020 on PC.
