You have to anticipate the astronaut’s path and make sure that he doesn’t end up hitting any of the bombs so work on getting your timing right.
Nearly missing bombs will get you higher score.
If you choose to bounce along the bottom of the screen you won't get any multipliers.
Keep in mind that you can go through the gates from any direction, and hitting the glowing green balls doesn't do you any damage.
