There are a few things you need to know in order to get right into Peril on Gorgon. For once, you need to have cleared the Radio Free Monarch mission. After doing that whole quest, you need to go see Phineas. After you talk to that man, go into your ship and the fly to any planet.

Once you do that, automatically get an incoming message from a parcel service on your ship’s computer screen. After having some banter with the respected parcel runner and getting The Ones Who Walk Away From Gorgon mission, go to the parcel on your ship in the room where Parvati usually hangs out.

Open the package and you’ll see some surprising appendage. Read the message and you’ll get the next part of The Ones Who Walk Away From Gorgon mission. Go into your menu to activate it as your main question. The Peril on Gorgon quests have a green tinge to them in the menu.
