Elden Ring Sellen Location: Where to use Seluvis’s Introduction

During Renna’s questline in Elden Ring, Seluvis instructs players to find the exiled sorceress Sellen. Unfortunately, the player gets Seluvis’s Introduction but no hint at what location Sellen can be found at. Chances are, most players have been near her lair before, but it’s very easy to overlook.

Where is Sellen in Elden Ring?

Elden Ring Sellen Location Map

Sellen is located in Waypoint Ruins in Limgrave which is to the east of the lake. Players need to head there and look for a staircase leading down into a cellar to get to her. This can be kind hard to spot, but there are a few torches flanking the entrance which will help to spot it.

After exploring Siofra River and meeting Blaidd there, players will have to head back to Caria manor and speak to Seluvis to figure out their next move. He says that his former pupil might know what’s preventing them from reaching Nokron, Eternal City. He gives them Seluvis’s Introduction and sends them to find her.

Before players can meet her, though, they have to face down Mad Pumpkin Head. This boss is extremely easy if players have already made it through the manor to meet Renna. It still packs a punch, but its HP is low enough that just a few swipes should take it out.

Once the Mad Pumpkin Head is smashed, players can proceed through the door at the back of the room to meet Sellen. Present Seluvis’s Introduction to her, and she’ll introduce herself as an exile that used to reside at Raya Lucaria Academy. She’ll then provide the info needed to continue on Renna’s questline. Apparently, one of the demigods has frozen the stars, and they need to move again for Nokrom to be revealed. Head back to Siofra River and tell Blaidd the news. Then, get ready to head to Castle Redmane to take on General Radahn, the Starscourge.
