Will Cal Kestis be in Obi-Wan Kenobi

Obi-Wan Kenobi Cal Kestis: Is There a Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Crossover?

Plenty of Star Wars characters from the movies have crossed over into video games, but not vice-versa. However, many fans think that might change soon with the theory that Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order’s Cal Kestis will appear in Obi-Wan Kenobi. We’ll take a look at how plausible a crossover to hype the upcoming Star Wars: Jedi Survivor might be.

Reasons Cal Kestis may appear in Obi-Wan Kenobi

There’s a possibility that Cal Kestis will appear in Obi-Wan Kenobi. There’s been no confirmation yet, but several things point toward a crossover with the upcoming Star Wars: Jedi Survivor making sense, which we’ll explore.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order featured the Inquisitorius

The main antagonists of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order were the Second and Ninth Sisters of the Inquisitorius. Though Cal Kestis was able to defeat them and escape, it’s likely the organization is still hunting for him. Of course, since Obi-Wan is going through the same thing, it wouldn’t be out of the question for their paths to cross.

Obi-Wan Kenobi and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are occurring during the same time period

Both the Obi-Wan Kenobi series and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor occur at roughly the same time, nine years before the Battle of Yavin. With so few Jedi remaining, maybe Cal will turn to Obi-Wan for help, and their meeting is what will trigger the events of the game.

Disney chose now to reveal Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

Star Wars Celebration 2022 occurred over the past week, and the first trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was shown during that time. However, it seems like too many things are lining up for it to be a coincidence. Cal Kestis is played by a real person, Cameron Monaghan, so it wouldn’t require complicated CGI to have him appear alongside Ewan McGregor.

We’ve got four episodes left, so we don’t have long to wait to see if a crossover is happening.
