You don’t have to pick up the paper first, but it will be a little harder if you don’t. Also be sure to complete this mission before moving on, as you can’t always backtrack. It might be easier to take care of all the enemies in the area first, too, especially the person in the red cloak who can make the others more deadly.

The first Blue Medallion is right near the entrance of the maze. It’s above an arch near a gate.

The second Blue Medallion is also up high. It’s on one of the buildings in the top right of the map inside of a five-sided crest.

The third Blue Medallion is in the little walkway that you likely had to chase the priest through. It’s hanging above the part near the whole where you can jump down between the broken bars. It’s also right over where you first walked into the maze and saw the first medallion.

The fourth Blue Medallion is right near the last one and in one of the dog cages. It is the most well-hidden one of the bunch.
