Shutdowns give you 2 points for a block and 4 points for a success, while heists net you 4 points for a small, 6 for a large, and 8 for a bankrupt. Per usual, your dice multiplier will also increase these event points in case you want to rank high on the leaderboard by November 4 at 11 am PT / 2 pm ET. The 30 milestones will generally give you free dice rolls, sticker packs, about 5 to 10 minutes of bonuses (like High Roller). The final Big Reward this time around is 1300 free dice rolls, while getting in the Top 10 will get you the rare Peg E Dollar shield skin for your showroom.
