There’s a lot of buzz centered around Call of Duty: Warzone. The newly released battle royale spin-off of Modern Warfare is bringing in loads of fans, but it isn’t without its own problems. One of these issues involves the game getting stuck logging in to Activision account. The game just stalls and simply refuses to log in. If Warzone won’t log in to your Activision account, here are some ideas on how to fix the problem.
Warzone | Stuck logging in to Activision account fix
If Call of Duty: Warzone is stuck on a screen saying the game is “logging in to Activision account,” you should check to make sure you entered your Activision password correctly. Rather than simply stating the password is wrong, Warzone will instead just hang on the Activision login screen.
To fix the problem, first cancel the login, then back out and enter your password again. With any luck, the Activision account login will be successful, and you’ll be able to queue up for a match. If this fix doesn’t work, you may even consider changing your Activision password. Either way, it seems Warzone won’t alert you if the password you entered is wrong, and you’ll be stuck logging in to your Activision account until the right password is entered.
Of course, it’s always possible that the game will stall while logging in to your Activision account for other reasons. Call of Duty: Warzone launched just recently, and spikes to game servers can cause all kinds of issues. If you know the password you entered is right, you may simply need to wait the problem out.
We know first-hand that Warzone will get stuck logging in to your Activision account if you enter the wrong password. If that’s the case, all you need to do is double-check that you entered your password correctly. Other than that, you may see the login stall if sever loads are high. If this problem doesn’t resolve itself while using the correct password, be sure to head over to the Activision support page.
