Telltale Names New CEO, Has New IP in Development

Telltale Games, the development studio behind hit adventure series set in popular universes like The Walking Dead, Fables, and Game of Thrones, has announced that it is working on a completely original project.

Additionally, the developer now has a new CEO, as co-founder Kevin Bruner is replacing Dan Connors who will now be taking an advisory role.

"We're looking at the next growth phase for Telltale," Bruner told Gamasutra. "We're 240 people now, and we continue to have an opportunity to do great things and grow the company."

"2015 is the first of the next ten years for an ever-evolving Telltale," Connors shared. "As we enter this new phase, and as Kevin transitions to my former role of CEO, I will remain with the company and on the board in an advisory role that will help ensure Telltale's vision of continuing to break new ground as leading storytellers in the entertainment space."

Are you excited to see what Telltale's new original IP will be? There are lots of creative minds over at that studio, so I'm sure they'll be able to cook up something really interesting.
