Assassin’s Creed III Website Countsdown To Monday, 9 AM PST

The official Assassin's Creed website has updated with a countdown timer, leaving us to guess as to what will be revealed on Monday at 9 AM PST.

The smart money is on the Assassin's Creed III's first official trailer. Ubisoft has typically revealed the next installment in the historically-stabby franchise with a flashy prerendered trailer. Last year they waited until E3 to reveal the full length trailer, but I think we can expect to see it earlier, and at least in snippets on Monday.

A lot more details on Assassin's Creed III are set to roll out in the coming days and weeks, with GameInformer doing their usual cover reveal today and following it with a trickle of details from the full story in the pages of their magazine.

I'm hoping the countdown timer ticks away to reveal exactly how the Assassins use every piece of the Templar after they've killed it.
