Quake 4 Re-releasing On Xbox 360 This June

Get ready id fans…Bethesda will re-release Quake 4 on Xbox 360 on June 19, 2012 for $19.99.

But wait; didn't Quake 4 release on the Xbox 360 at launch? Yes, yes it did. However, Bethesda has noticed that over the last 7 years, it's become more and more difficult to find a new copy. Therefore, they will be re-releasing it for less than half of its original price.

Please note the "new" stamp in Bethesda's statement. As of this writing, GameStop sells used copies for $4.99. You also have to remember that 7 years ago, there was no DLC or Online Pass, so there's really no caveat for buying it used. At least, there's no caveat for it NOW. Maybe Bethesda has some DLC planned for Quake 4 in the future, and the DLC will only be compatible with the re-release!

And maybe I should keep my mouth shut before studios get any ideas.
