Advocacy Group Demands Diablo III “Always Online” DRM On Package

A German consumer advocacy group is fighting back against "always online" DRM by targetting today's whipping boy of video game lawsuits, Blizzard's Diablo III.

This advocacy group has targeted Diablo III before for its downtime at launch.

But considering that hardware requirements are necessary on the box, perhaps they have a point. Do you think they have one?
