Square Enix Reveals Tomb Raider, Sleeping Dogs Sales Expectations

Square Enix has finally divulged their sales expectations for the "underperforming" Tomb RaiderHitman: Absolution, and Sleeping Dogs.

Believe it or not, the publisher was hoping to sell somewhere between 5 and 6 million copies of Tomb Raider in its first month, which is downright ludicrous if you ask me. Instead, the game sold 3.6 million, which most would consider quite a success.

Square Enix also revealed that they expected Hitman: Absolution to sell a whopping 4.5 to 5 million units and Sleeping Dogs to move a solid 2 to 2.5 million. Now I'm no business expert, but don't these numbers seem a little high?
