Spencer: Xbox One 10x More Powerful Than 360, Cloud Adds Even More

The Xbox One will be approximately ten times more powerful than the Xbox 360, and that's not even including cloud computing, Microsoft exec Phil Spencer told one Twitter follower hungry for answers.

Up until now, there's been a bit of confusion on exactly how powerful the new box will be, so addressing the conflicting reports was the first part of the question.

Fortunately, it looks like Mr. Spencer has got matters sorted out and was able to provide a more specific and definitive answer.

 
Ten times more powerful does sound awfully impressive. I wonder how big a role cloud computing will end up playing in the future. Any thoughts? If so, please share them in the comments below.
