Ubisoft: No Plans for Watch Dogs Demo

Ubisoft Montreal has confirmed that Watch Dogs will not be getting a pre-release demo. Right now, the studio wants to pour all of its efforts into getting the game itself complete.

The game's creative director, Jonathan Morin, made the announcement in response to a rather impatient fan on Twitter, saying, "Dude relax, I receive too much tweets… They are no demo planned before release. Sorry for the wait, doing my best…"

While it is unfortunate that gamers won't get a chance to try out the game before purchasing it, I can understand why a demo isn't happening. After all, the more time the studio has to polish Watch Dogs, the better the final product will be.

Watch Dogs is set to release on May 27th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PS3, and PC.
