New Fatal Frame in Development for Wii U

Tecmo Koei and Nintendo are working together to bring Fatal Frame to Wii U.

According to Japanese magazine Famitsu (via Gematsu), a new entry in the popular horror series is in the works. In addition, a live-action film and comic will be released in Japan to generate excitement for the title's release.

There's currently no specified launch date, and Tecmo has yet to confirm whether or not the title will make it outside of Japan. If the camera-centric horror title makes clever use of the GamePad, let's hope that it gets proper localization treatment for the west.
