We already know that Tecmo Koei is working with Nintendo to bring a Zelda-themed Dynasty Warriors game to Wii U, titled Hyrule Warriors, which reportedly is on track to release in Japan this summer.
However, in addition to confirming this launch window, Game Watch (via My Nintendo News) is reporting that another collaboration is in the works as well. According to Tecmo CEO Erikawa, an ambitious new project is coming in the second half of the fiscal year.
Tecmo partnered in the past with Nintendo to make Metroid: Other M, which didn't do all that well critically, and failed commercially. It'll be interesting to see what this supposed new collaboration might be. In the meantime, at least we have Hyrule Warriors to look forward to, right?
