New Mario Party, Kirby Announced for Wii U

Nintendo has announced that two new games from its established stable of franchises are coming to Wii U.

The first is Mario Party 10, which surprisingly enough centers around Bowser, as the player holding the GamePad is put in control of Mario's arch enemy. The game will also feature support for Nintendo's NFC platform, amiibo.

Then there's Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, which serves as a sequel to the hit DS title Kirby: Canvas Curse. This new title makes use of the Wii U GamePad to recapture the same two-screen magic found in Canvas Curse. Check out the announcement trailer below for a better look.
