Halo 5 Multiplayer Beta Gets New Mode, Maps

The multiplayer beta for Halo 5: Guardians has received an update, adding a new mode to the mix as well as a few new maps.

343 Industries has swapped out the Truth and Empire maps and included two remixed versions of those multiplayer arenas. They're called Regret and Eden and, just like Truth and Empire, are a beauty to behold.

The added game type is called Breakout, which supplies each player with only one life. This mode is playable in two different maps: Crossfire and Trench. And if that weren't enough, a brand-new weapon, dubbed the Hydra MLRS, can be found on the Regret map.
