What do these ratings mean?

In Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, players engage on one-on-one combat with a team of two charactersâ€”owned either by Capcom or Tatsunoko Productionâ€”and attempt to knock out their opponents. Gameplay takes place in a 2.5D environment; characters fight in a two-dimensional arena, but models and backgrounds are rendered in three-dimensional graphics.
