Although you will start off in modest accommodations, your hard work will pay off and allow you to upgrade your office, hire more employees, and perhaps even move to a fancy new office! It won't be easy, though. Not only are your customers picky (and sometimes downright quirky), but you have to keep an eye on your employees as well. Sleeping at their desks?
