Batman: Arkham City Looks at UK from Its Lofty Gargoyle Perch

Our latest sparkling 'A' recipient, Batman: Arkham City is taking names all over the world, particularly after shipping 4.6 million units worldwide in just one week. And a lot of those names are in the United Kingdom.

In a list of individual formats units sold in the UK, both the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Batman: Arkham City has even defeated Sega's Football Manager 2012, Forza Motorsport 4 with its Top Gear love, and Just Dance 3 (finally). It has also dethroned FIFA 12 in Ireland.

Unfortunately, it's only fourth in Denmark and seventh in Netherlands, behind the likes of Sims 3: Pets and Pro Evolution Soccer 2012. Of course, those countries are close to Belgium, and you know how we feel about that.
