Ubisoft Brings SIX PlayStation Vita Titles

The PlayStation Vita just got a new friend in the form of Ubisoft's extensive well of developers. In addition to bringing its most popular franchises to the PlayStation Vita, Ubisoft announced some handheld favorites. Ubi CEO Yves Guillemot said today:

With its processing power, dual tactile screens and cameras, PS Vita allows creators like Ubisoft new and unique opportunities to develop innovative games. We've got a strong and varied line-up that will offer fun and immersion to all audiences of the PS Vita.

The franchises in development include Assassin's Creed, Asphalt, Dungeon Hunter Alliance, Lumines, Michael Jackson the Experience, and Rayman Origins.

Even in that brief list, there are more than three titles worth buying. Stay tuned to hear more about publisher support for the Vita during Gamescom.
