Titanfall 2 Will Be Free To Try Beginning Tomorrow

Nothing informs a buying decision more than trying the game out for yourself. With demos being rarer than ever, it isn't often you can try out a full-priced AAA game, especially something as big as Titanfall 2. But there's always an exception.

EA has announced that Titanfall 2 will be getting a free trial. The trial will provide several hours of access to the game's multiplayer mode. It will be exclusive to EA Access members from November 30th to December 2nd, at which point it'll become available to everyone. There will be no platform exclusivity, so PS4, Xbox One, and PC owners will all be able to try the game out.

EA has confirmed that all progress made during the trial will be carried over to the full game when purchased.

Along with significant price reductions, this free period is a response to Titanfall 2 selling below expectations. Although critic and user reception alike have been notably positive, the game is currently not on-track to sell the nine million units that was forecast. Many have blamed the game's launch timing for the results.
