LittleBigPlanet 3, Not A Hero Come To PlayStation Plus For February

After the usual tense waiting period, Sony has finally announced the PlayStation Plus lineup for February, and their hand may have been forced.

The new games lineup for PlayStation Plus will include LittleBigPlanet 3 and Not A Hero, while the lineup for PS3 includes Starwhal (with PS4 crossbuy) and Anna – Extended Edition.

This announcement came several hours after an image of the PS Plus titles leaked on Amazon, so the poor timing could suggest that Sony's announcement was essentially a response to the leak. However, it could also simply have been a mistimed advertisement.

LittleBigPlanet 3 is often cited as one of the must-have games for the PS4, although a few bugs did hold it back from true greatness, while Not A Hero is a wildly popular side-scrolling shooter game that originally released and made a name for itself on Steam in 2015 before coming to consoles in early 2016.

These games, as well as the titles for PS3 and the Vita, will be available starting Feb. 7.
