Big Lobby:


Before you place anything hold down SHIFT-CTRL-ALT and place a lobby. A 3
story lobby should appear. If not, then you may have to drag upward. 


To start off with double the money:


Simply build one section of lobby at the bottom left corner. You will get $4,000,000, instead of
$2,000,000.
