Sony Closing PSP Comic Store

As the Vita becomes the focal point of Sony's handheld market, their support for the PSP will be dropping steadily. So it comes to no surprise that Sony has announced that the Comic Store for PSP will be discontinued after October 13. This is so that they can "bring more digital entertainment services" to "other Sony devices".

A certain portion of the content will be available for download until mid-January 2013, but after that point, you won't be able to re-download the content. Media Go, a PC application, can be used to back up those comics prior to that.

Should the Vita pick up this digital comic service?
