Red Dead Online Free Aim

Red Dead Online Free Aim – Are There Free Aim Lobbies?

The online side of Red Dead Redemption 2 is now up in beta form, and players who picked up the Ultimate Edition of the game are experiencing Red Dead Online for the very first time. While there are many advantages in playing online over single-player, like the ability to start a posse and play the game co-op, there are drawbacks too. What if you want to turn auto-aim off and use free aim? Are there any Red Dead Online free aim lobbies? We’ve got the answers.

Are There Red Dead Online Free Aim Lobbies?

If you play Red Dead Redemption 2 offline, you may have to decided to turn off auto-aim and play the game with free aim, or even gotten used to one of the harder difficulty levels where auto-aim is forced off. Consequently, you probably want to play the same way in Red Dead Online, but the problem with doing so centers around other players. If they’ve got auto-aim turned on, which it is by default, they’ll have a significant advantage over you.

Therefore you’ll need a specific Free Aim Lobby in order to go online and only face players who also have auto-aim turned off. Unfortunately, as of right now in the Red Dead Online beta, there are no free aim lobbies in the game. It’s therefore advisable that, if you want to have a fun time in the beta, it’s best to keep auto-aim turned on.

Are Red Dead Online Free Aim Lobbies Coming Later?

We can only assume that yes, there will be Red Dead Online free aim lobbies at some point, probably when the game leaves beta and goes live properly. We base that assumption on past Rockstar games, as Grand Theft Auto 5, Red Dead Redemption 1, and even Grand Theft Auto 4 all had separate free aim lobbies for players who preferred to play that way. Right now though, if you want to play Red Dead Online free aim, you’ll have to either wait or tell Rockstar you want free aim lobbies in the game.
