#XboxReveal Event On May 21st Confirmed By Microsoft

We've been waiting for this moment since Sony showed their hand with the PS4 event this past February. We all knew it was coming sooner or later, and as we hoped, we'll get to see the next Xbox ahead of E3.

Microsoft has confirmed the once-rumored May 21st reveal date for the next Xbox, using the hashtag #XboxReveal. The event will take place in Redmond, Washington, right in Microsoft's backyard on the Xbox Campus.

For those of you eager to see what the next Xbox has in store, the event will also be streaming on Xbox LIVE, Xbox.com, and on Spike TV.

The event will be focused on the "vision" for the next Xbox, then at E3 Microsoft will spend their time showing off "blockbuster games" for the system.

Mark your calendars for May 21st at 1PM EST or 10AM PST. The next generation is finally heating up, folks.
