New The Last Of Us Developer Diary Deals With “Death And Choices”

The Last of Us isn't your typical action adventure experience. It's not just about shooting and exploring, as scavenging for survival is of the utmost importance. In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by a vicious fungus, Joel and Ellie need to be incredibly resourceful if they hope to survive.

Naughty Dog details how this approach affects the way players must approach each situation in a new developer diary, which as been embedded above. As is the case with any well crafted story, pacing is key, so expect a nice balance of super intense moments and calm lulls filled with character chatter and exploration.

It's hard to believe that in just a few weeks, the world will finally get the chance to experience The Last of Us for themselves when the game launches on June 14th. I don't know about you, but I can't wait!
