Close up the three cuts on Tommy's chest by selecting the lighter and swiping it across the cuts. Drag the special cream over the cuts to heal them.
Use the pizza cutter to cut the yellow line in the middle of Tommy's stomach.
Use the tongs to pull out three pieces of glass and place them on the tray on the left side of the screen. Be careful to pull them straight out or you will drop the glass in the patients body causing their heart rate to lower.
Use the yarn to stitch up the 4 larger cuts by dragging the yarn in a zig-zag motion over the cut.
Use the lighter to close up all 6 cuts and then use the special cream to heal them.

Select the Ultrasound 5000 on the right side of the screen.
Move the tool around until the circle pulses green. This is where surgery needs to begin.
Use the pizza cutter and slice where the green circle was found. A roll of money will be sticking out of the cut. Remove the money with the tongs and drop the money on the tray.
Stitch, burn, then special cream the large cut.
Use the Ultrasound 5000 again to find another area that needs surgery.

Use the syringe to get the patients heart rate back up in the green. Doing this multiple times at the start will reduce the need to do it in the middle of the surgery. Around 110 heart rate is usually good to work with. If the heart rate begins to drop drastically use the syringe again to get the heart rate back into the green.
Vacuum up all of the blood.
Use the tongs to pull out the piece of glass and the barb-wire and drop them on the tray.
Stitch up the three larger cuts.
Burn and special cream all 6 cuts.
Use the pizza cutter to cut the yellow line.

Use the tongs to pull out both pieces of barb-wire and drop them on the tray.
