If you want to unlock Anarchy in the Calamari, you have to defeat the giant squid Kraken in less than 5 minutes. You'll do this in White or Black 2-2. This isn't as easy to achieve as the Cthulu fight. Even if you don't get it your first try, you can go to Stage Select and play the sequence again on Easy. Here's a Youtube video:
