Breath Of Fire VI Announced For All The Best Gaming Platforms

I love some good old Japanese RPGs, and one of my favorite series of all time is Breath of Fire. Years ago, I wrote this little piece about how it had been such a long time since the last game in the series, and wished a sixth title would come along. Oh, how young and innocent we were.

Ever reminding people to be careful what they wish for, Capcom has announced that Breath of Fire VI is in production for PC (browser), tablets, and smartphones and is part of a growing genre called "half-assed mobile online bullshit RPG." The visuals and mechanics appear very similar to other mobile RPGs that currently overpopulate tablets, browser windows, and smartphones.

A 2chan user added, "ブ、ブラウザゲーwwwwww," which is of course to say, "A b-browser game? Lololol!"

Other than its visuals and title, not much else is known about the sixth Breath of Fire title. It's currently slated for an unspecified 2014 launch in Japan, with international plans not yet announced.

When Ryu sleeps in Breath of Fire IV, he has his hands between this thighs and, to me, always looked like he was suffering from a huge kick in the balls. Now, I can't help but feel like Ryu is lying in that same position somewhere, for a different reason than simple hand comfort.
