What are your plans for 2020? | Tell GR

The decade is over! 2019 has been and gone, and now we welcome in 2020. It’s a year filled with great game releases, from Cyberpunk 2077 through to The Last of Us 2, but what else do you have planned aside from slipping into a video game coma? Let us know in the comments section below!

Paul Tamburro, executive editor: “2020 is going to be a wild year. With tons of new games and new hardware releases, Game Revolution is going to be incredibly busy. This means that, by extension, I’m going to be incredibly busy, too. I can’t wait!”

Mack Ashworth, lead editor: “For 2020 in gaming, I’m planning to play and complete a lot more games. I started way too many games in 2019 and never got around to finishing them. I think a strict focus on blasting through main missions only, and skipping the majority of side-missions and collectible hunting, should help me knock out “must-plays” more easily. I’m also itching to get back into VR through Oculus Quest… once I get one!”

Jason Faulkner, senior editor: “I don’t have anything too huge planned for 2020. There’s a bunch of good games already scheduled for release, so I’m excited about playing those. I’m keeping my fingers crossed this will be the year my fiancee and I buy a house, but I won’t be too disappointed if we have to postpone to 2021. I’m mostly just hoping to be as successful as I was in 2019. Last year was a good year and I can’t complain if this one just equals it.”

Michael Leri, features editor: I’m going to take a damn break in 2020. After getting a Switch Lite, PC, new phone, and giant TV, I need to hang back and absorb everything. I’d like to run through my PC and Switch backlog before the spring madness hits. Good there there aren’t new consoles coming this year or I’d be double screwed.”
