Valorant Act 2 Start and End Dates

The service model in Valorant breaks the game into different episodes, and each episode is comprised of three different acts. Act 1 is currently underway, but the Act 2 start date is right around the corner. If you’re eager to scoop up the new Battlepass and begin earning new rewards, you’ll want to start planning ahead. Here’s a look at the Valorant Episode 1 Act 2 start and end dates.

Valorant | Episode 1 Act 2 Start Date and End Date

valorant episode 1 act 2 start date and end date

Episode 1 Act 2 in Valorant is scheduled to start on August 4, 2020. Acts last for around two months, and leaks suggest the second act will end on October 13, 2020. That means Act 2 should run for ten weeks total before the third act begins.

If you’re still trying to get the most out of Act 1, you better move fast, as it’s scheduled to end on August 4. That means you’ve got less than a one-day turnaround before the new act begins. Remember: All Act 1 rewards will be locked once the second act begins.

Ready to jump into the action? If so, you can purchase the Premium version of the Act 2 Battlepass for 1,000 Valorant Points. That crucial currency will grant access to five premium tier rewards as well as free Chapter Completion reward. You can expect to earn new titles, player cards, weapon charms, sprays, and those ever-important weapon skins. Act 2 also introduces the Act Rank Badge, which can be upgraded based on how well you perform in your top nine ranked wins.

Don’t have any points to spend? Don’t worry, you won’t be left in the dark. The crew at Riot Games will continue to offer a free Valorant Battlepass tier to more casual (or more thrifty) players. You’ll still be able to a host of different rewards; you just won’t get as many of them. Still, you’ve got a chance to earn plenty of freebies, and the more you play, the more you’ll earn.
