How to fix Forza Horizon 5 loyalty rewards not working

Is there any sort of fix for the Forza Horizon 5 loyalty rewards not working problem? One of the best features for long-term fans announced by developer Playground Games is the Forza Horizon 5 loyalty rewards car list, which allows fans who have played previous Forza games to claim a free car for each game they’ve played. This should happen fairly immediately but for some players it doesn’t, so is there a Forza Horizon 5 loyalty rewards fix?

To get all the Forza Horizon 5 loyalty rewards:

  1. Proceed through the initial drive and the first Story Chapter.
    • There should be a notification that the cars have been added to the garage. Go to the Change Car menu or drive to the Garage to see if the cars have been added.
  2. If playing on Game Pass, initially only the 2018 McLaren Senna will be added as Forza Horizon 4 is on Game Pass.
    • If the player should be getting more on the Gamertag used, wait a few hours and the rest of the rewards should pop up.
  3. Reboot the game and stay on the main menu until the notification that new cars have been received pops up.
    • Go to it in the message center and click “claim prize,” which should add them to the inventory.
  4. Check the Xbox Gamertag attached to Forza Horizon 5 to make sure it’s the one that has previous Forza game saves attached to it.
  5. If still having problems, submit a ticket on the Forza support site.

In general, the main fix is to simply wait a few hours as the rewards can take a while to pop up, especially when playing on Game Pass. PC players on Steam can also claim the rewards as long as they have linked their Gamertag to the game.
