EA Exec Convinced Battlefield 4’s Issues Haven’t “Damaged” the Franchise

Electronic Arts CFO Blake Jorgensen doesn't believe that the rocky launch of Battlefield 4 will have any lasting negative effect on the series.

Speaking at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference, Jorgensen said flat out that they "haven't seen any damage." He then went on to elaborate, saying, "We've also tried to provide extra content to the consumers to make sure they keep coming back and playing the game and we're finding that it's working very well. I don't see that there's a damage issue."

Do you agree with Jorgensen? Is the Battlefield franchise just as strong as it was before the technical disaster that was the fourth entry stepped onto the scene late last year?
